In Development
I’m currently developing additional offerings outside of individual therapy.
These will be offered seasonally and intentionally, with a focus on reflection, connection, and compassionate care.
More information will be provided and interest form will be available soon!
-
Small, guided spaces for reflection using writing and creative journaling, including scrapbooking, bullet journaling, and junk journaling. Each session includes gentle journal prompts to help you get started, with plenty of room to move at your own pace. These circles are low-pressure and supportive. No experience is needed, and sharing is always optional.
-
Movement-based and wellness-focused experiences centered on nervous system care, presence, and reconnecting with your body.
-
Time-limited, process-oriented support groups centered around shared experiences and life transitions.
-
Walk-and-talk therapy is an alternative format for individual therapy that takes place outdoors while walking. Some clients find that gentle movement helps conversations feel more natural and grounding while promoting mindfulness.
This option will be available on a limited basis for established clients, when clinically appropriate. Privacy, safety, and consent will be reviewed in advance.
Sessions are billed and documented as individual therapy and may be covered by insurance or self-pay, depending on your plan.
-
Mentoring sessions for MSW students and early-career clinicians who want a space to talk through training, career decisions, and professional identity. These conversations are focused on reflection, support, and clarity—not fixing or having everything figured out.
Sessions are non-therapeutic and offered on a limited basis.
