Individual Therapy
I specialize in working with young adults , especially women of color, who are navigating anxiety, self-doubt, life transitions, perfectionism, or the quiet pressure to always be “the strong one.”
You might be carrying the weight of trying to meet everyone else's expectations, feeling guilty when you tend to your own needs, or simply longing for space to reconnect with yourself. Therapy with me is a space to breathe, reflect, and begin gently untangling what’s been holding you back.
Together, we’ll work at your pace to explore the patterns, beliefs, and stories you’ve been carrying and creating room for self-compassion, confidence, and a deeper connection to yourself.
