Individual Therapy

What If You Didn't Have to Be So Hard on Yourself?

Therapy can help you quiet the inner critic, navigate life's challenges with greater self-compassion, and feel more grounded in who you are.

Life Transitions

Change can be exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming. Whether you're navigating a new career, relationship changes, relocation, motherhood, or another major life shift, therapy can help you move through uncertainty with greater confidence.

Self Criticism & Perfectionism

No matter how much you accomplish, it never feels like enough. You hold yourself to impossible standards and often speak to yourself more harshly than you would anyone else. Together, we'll work on building a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

What Brings You Here?

Anxiety & Overthinking

Your mind never seems to slow down. You replay conversations, worry about the future, and find yourself stuck in cycles of "what if?" Therapy can help you quiet the mental noise and find greater peace in the present.

People’s Pleasing & Boundaries

You find yourself saying yes when you want to say no, taking responsibility for other people's feelings, or feeling guilty when you put yourself first. Together, we'll work on creating healthier boundaries while honoring your needs.

Feeling Stuck

You know something needs to change, but you're not sure where to start. You may feel disconnected from yourself, your goals, or the life you want to create.

Depression & Burnout

Everything feels heavier than it used to. You may feel emotionally drained, disconnected, unmotivated, or simply exhausted from carrying so much for so long. Therapy offers a space to rest, reflect, and begin healing.

Relationships & Attachment

Relationships can bring up fears of rejection, abandonment, conflict, or not feeling "good enough." Therapy can help you better understand your relationship patterns and create more secure, fulfilling connections.

Trauma & Difficult Life Experiences

Past experiences may still impact how you see yourself, trust others, and move through the world today. Therapy can help you process those experiences and move toward healing.

You Don’t Have to be The Strong One Here!

I work with young adults, especially women of color who are dealing with anxiety, self-doubt, life transitions, perfectionism, or just feeling like they always have to be the strong one.

A lot of the clients I work with are used to holding everything together. You show up for everyone else, you push through, you figure it out… but underneath that, you might be overthinking, feeling stuck, or wondering why it still doesn’t feel like enough.

You might feel guilty for needing a break.

Or unsure how to even start putting yourself first.

Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you or giving you a list of things to “work on.” It’s a space where you can slow down, be honest about how you’re actually feeling, and not feel judged for it.

We’ll talk through what’s been weighing on you, make sense of the patterns you’ve been stuck in, and gently start to shift how you relate to yourself.

I’m not here to rush you or push you in a direction that doesn’t feel right. We go at your pace.

Over time, the goal is for you to feel more grounded in yourself, less in your head, less hard on yourself, and more able to show up in your life in a way that actually feels good to you.
